As an artist-maker working with fibre and plant material, I research basketry techniques from around the world. I enjoy experimenting with fibres and making cordage from garden flowers, such as daffodils and iris. Using a variety of materials, my work explores transitional space; the interface between basketry and ceramics, and their relationship with the space they contain and inhabit.
